Federal Building. 3006 Colby Avenue (1917) National Register of Historic Places This building located on Colby Avenue and Wall Street. Designed by Oscar Wenderoth, it served as the city’s post office from its opening in 1917 until 1964. It was then used by the federal government. In 2000 Cogswell College moved their headquarters into the Neo-Classical Revival building.
