Once an attractive commercial structure which was initially the home of City Drug and City Floral, with the Commercial Hotel located upstairs and Puget Press printers in the basement. These remained remarkably consistent through the years, periodically joined by stationers, clothing and shoe stores.
The building was tastefully renovated before it’s demolition in 2003 for make room for the new Everett Events Center. The cornice of the Moffat building featured the popular corbels and dentils of the period. The upper facade was divided into four bays and highlighted with diamond-shaped ornaments.
